An all-new QX50 comes in 2019. The current model has been on the market since 2014. According to the company there are some issues that caused the delay of representing the vehicle for the 2018 MY. For this reason, along with the QX60 Hybrid model, the new generation 2019 Infiniti QX50 SUV will be introduced for the next model year.
Unlike QX60 Hybrid, whose disposal is closely linked to poor sales, 2019 Infiniti QX50 will continue to excel. This compact crossover SUV will be introduced at one of the next three major motor shows. And its appearance will overshadow the present model. In any case, it may also be beyond expectations because it will be based on the concept.
2019 Infintii QX50 Redesign
The Infiniti QXSport is a concept seen in Detroit 2017. But it was not the first time. For the first time in Beijing, then in Paris in 2016. The third time the presented concept is adapted to the extent of the serial product. Powerful Elegance Design is a design philosophy that influenced the look of this concept.
The greatest attention on the Infiniti QX50 Concept model has attracted cameras instead of side mirrors. Honeycomb grille, and ProPilot technology, as a semi-autonomous driving system will certainly be part of the 2019 Infiniti QX50 SUV. Nissan’s Pro Pilot system, which debuted at the 2018 Nissan Leaf model, has significant auxiliary systems. It is capable of holding the vehicle in a single lane at high and low speeds.
The next thing is related to the drive unit. Some sources say with great certainty that the new 2019 Infiniti QX50 SUV to be equipped with the VC-Turbo engine. It’s Infiniti’s new Variable Compression-Turbocharged four-cylinder gas engine. It is rated at 268 horsepower (200 kilowatts) and 288 pound-feet (390 Newton-meters) of torque. This engine, however, is significantly less powerful than the engine in the current model. The QX50 SUV is equipped with a 3.7-liter V6 engine with 325-hp (242 kW). This unit is coupled with a 7-speed automatic transmission module, which estimates a combined EPA rating of 21 MPG.
There are three big shows in the next few months, which are expected to be the 2019 Infiniti QX50 SUV. These are the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, the Detroit Auto Show in January and the Chicago Auto Show in February.
